Or, you you are in great shape and are seeking a new fitness routine to freshen things up a bit, we hope you’ll give this a try!
We are currently hosting Farm Fit Yoga and Farm Fit Get Fit classes, and we hope to add salsa, Tai Chi, self defense, and more to come. Classes are typically 30 min. and are donation based – paid directly to the instructor. The suggested cost is $15 per class and for $10 for HHF CSA members. Individual class details are provided on the event calendar.
All skill levels, ages over 13, body types, weights, fitness, and ability levels are welcome.
